A Word from Pastor Daniel
As most of you know by now I was not at church this morning. I want to thank Clint for preaching a powerful message from 3 John. We are so blessed with such a wonderful ministry staff at Taylor Road.
Four and a half years ago, when I came to TRBC, I was nearing the end of my doctoral work. The transition from our church in South Carolina to Taylor Road was much more complex than I expected and life became a lot busier than our family ever had experienced. This set me back significantly from writing my dissertation. I am nearing the end of my road and am making significant headway in the writing process. However, the time has come for me to dig in deep and bury myself in the work for a few days. I want you all to know that I am taking the next week to devote myself completely to writing. I'm "going dark" so to speak.
As I said earlier, we have the most phenomenal ministry staff at Taylor Road. If you have any ministry needs over the next week please do not hesitate to reach out to our church office. Dean, Clint, Seth, and Stephanie are, as always, more than ready to minister to any needs. Our wonderful ministry assistants, DeAnne and Saralyn, can get in touch with me in case of any emergencies and, if you need to schedule a meeting with me for anything, you can contact the office and work with them to schedule a time when I'm back in the office.
Thanks again for being such a supportive church family. You have blessed me and our staff more than you'll ever know with your endless encouragement and prayer particularly over the past few months of COVID.
